The Online Boating and Maritime Exhibition
A hydrojet boat is equipped with a hydrodynamic propulsion system. Water is pumped from beneath the hull and expelled at high speed by a turbine, as in jet aircraft
This propulsion system is particularly adapted for high-speed boats and for cruising shallow waters.
The hydrojet consists of a water intake and a turbine. The vessel is steered by altering the direction of the expelled jet of water.

- Inefficient at low speeds
