The boat has been designed around a high performance hull. Even here, as is the case for all dinghies in the range, construction is of the highest quality: the rubberised fabric is made of Hypalon Neoprene Trevira at 1,000 to 1,500 denier per cm² and then laser cut using digital control equipment.

This console features a larger instrument panel, taller windshield and rail, and front-mounted door which swings open to give access to the spacious storage compartment. Basic of the fishing boat RIB-480 is made from universal laminated body with sharp V-designed bottom in front together with raised side-baloons. This basic design of the boat bottom is garantee of maximal cross and front stability.
When you use a strong gas-engine, you can sail in sliding sailing.
We recommend to use hanging gas-engines from 25 to 80hp for driving.
RIB-480 boat is a basic version with length 480 cm and width 200 cm. There is a possibility to add some parts of outfit to the boat.
Tapestried JET seat for driver and inclinable driving console are also included. This boat has stronger nose because you can use engine up to 80hp.

The 490 RIB UM is in the semi-rigid SILLINGER boats range center. Its deep vee hull allows it to split the waves efficiently. It is fast and soft in rough sea while keeping a great stability.
This model is the "sea 4 x 4" which makes you enjoy the sea with any kind of weather. Its profiled hull, the only one model with a sharp bow, allows it to carry up to 9 persons.
The collars are made of ORCA fabric with a polyester 1670 decitex support inside coated with Neoprene and outside with hypalon.
SILLINGER uses a technique of double cold gluing. Moreover a reinforcement placed on each junction panel and a doubling achieved inside each assembly ensure a perfect waterproofness.
The hypalon coating the inside surface is an elastomere which is very resistant to hot temperatures and abrasion in opposition ot the plastomere coated fabrics (P.V.C.). Therefore SILLINGER uses fabrics very resistant to hot and very cold temperatures.
The hull is in reinforced glass fibre with a floor laminated on both faces, containing in sandwich a marine plywood in four layers of resin and glass fibre. Finishing are made with anti-slip ISO gel-coat.

The King series, based on ten distinguished models, from the 490 to the 820, shows navigation capabilty and habitability significantly higher of the average. Thanks to the
particular design of the hull, which previews an extension of the keel at stern, carrying benefits also in deck habitability, the keel surface is increased, and so is the boat
stability. This translates into a behavior at sea, normally given by boats of greater dimensions. The hull, beyond of being equipped with a deeper V particularly suitable to
face conditions of rough sea, turns out to be extended longitudinally up to the tubes rear cone's. This allows also a more efficient positioning of the outboard engine. Such
solution, moreover, has granted the creation of a truly stern bridge so amplifiyng the fruibile space on board. Distinguishing all the King models, is an enormous stern
locker over which it has been realized a sofa so wide it can be easily transformed in a confortable sundeck. Simply pulling down the back more leasure space is added to the one normally present at bow.
