Figee double boom cranes provide excellent results at grab operations. Grab handling capacities range from 15 to 50 tons at outreaches from 25 to 55 metres and more. The double boom configuration reduces the pendulum length, resulting in optimum control of the load. The double boom crane also allows for an excellent position of the driver's cabin and integrated hopper. This results in a high unloading capacity, which makes this type of crane excellent for grab duties. It can also be used to lift pre-fabricated pieces of large span bridge and for salvage purpose, and be used to lift large pieces by water transportation. It meets the marine salvage project demand, and filled a blank of our country.
This large floating crane’s design, fabrication, electrical control system, safety protection system, main mechanical and electrical components are all completed independently. For example, the heavy winch which can reeve 2200m long with 76 mm diameter wire ropes(according to our knowledge, there are only 2~3 factories in the world can manufacture such winch), the high-tension steel fabricated welded lofting beam, the multi-supported revolving mechanism, and the forged heavy lifting hook(assisted by Shanghai Heavy Factory). All these are difficult points, but were overcome one by one, which demonstrated the great power of Chinese manufacturing industry.
The 4000T full revolving floating crane beam can be lowered down ,which has excellent sea-worthiness. Its completion greatly expanded our maritime project and salvage areas.

The Diesel Unit
The diesel engine installed in our various cranes is equipped with various safety features like flame arrester, spark arrester, air inlet shutdown etc. We have third party certification for Diesel Engine for compliance to EEMUA Pub 107 (Recommendation for the Protection of Diesel Engine Operating in Hazardous Area) and other international safety standards.
