Codice prodotto: HPSXXXXX
Compliant with 94/25/CE Directive %u2013 Standard of Reference ISO 10088.
Our rigid fuel tanks for pleasure boating are made of cross-linked polyethylene of light color that makes them more visible inside the boat. Currently they are produced in the following sizes: 33, 40, 55, 77, 80, 91, 107, 133, 140, 160, 191, 207, 270, 271, 372, 450, 453, 785 litres (SEE ENCLOSED FILE FOR DIMENSIONS).
In addition to that we can also manufacture the tanks according to your exact specifications and requests.
The tanks are resistant to solvents, surface-active agents and fuels. They withstand high pressures and were tested under the pressure that by far exceeded resistance requirements.
The tanks come complete with all the necessary accessories and an electronic level sender of the highest quality. This best value deal in addition decreases labour costs associated with mounting.
They are made in compliance with the European and American ISO international standards.

|
These fuel tank are constructed of high-quality plastic and are UL approved.
Fuel tanks are available in 25 liter (6.6 U.S. gallon) and 12 liter (3.1 U.S. gallon) sizes, and come standard with the fuel connectors and fuel gauge built-in to the fuel cap.

The technique of storing and transporting liquids through the use of flexible tanks has many advantages :
· lightness
· handiness
· adaptability
· fiability
NAUTA® FLEXIBLE TANKS provide many advantages over rigid tanks and have therefore, become very popular with both yacht-builders and boat owners.
Each of these tanks uses an extremely rugged 935-dtex nylon fabric, coated on both sides with a neoprene / nitrile compound.
Heavily lapped seams are inside-reinforced with a “doubler” to provide extra strength. All NAUTA® tanks are vulcanised to assure leakproof panels and seams for years of trouble-tree service.
Because of their flexibility and the NAUTA® range of sizes, these tanks can fit into almost any space, especially those odd-shaped places that would otherwise be wasted.
NAUTA® tanks are very easy to work with. Several for water and holding are available with fittings already installed. But NAUTA® ‘s construction allows custom placement of fittings to suit your particular requirements and makes it simple to install them ( See Fittings for Nauta Flexible Tank )

These fuel tank are constructed of High-quality and UL approved.
The 25L (6.6-gallon) tank includes cap and fuel level gauge. The 12L (3.1-gallon) tank has not fuel level gauge.

CE marked fuel tanks suitable for petrol and diesel. Manufactured from High Density Polyethylene. These tanks are red in colour and come complete with inspection cover, filler cap with vent and an 8mm fitting with pickup pipe for fuel feed.
|
|
Chrome-plated zinc vents with spark-proof screened holes.
All Attwood fuel tank vents meet or exceed U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

The system Ecoplein anti-overflow, is available for the pleasure boat and also for the boat of large cuts or the professional boats.
The principle of operation is the same one, a tank plug on the circuit of the vent with a flotor who sends information to a plate of order which the tank is completely full, but it can order a valve of closing on the refuelling line which allows a filling of the tank completely automated without any risk of dédordement.
|
|
Advantages of the Ecoplein system
Main advantage of Ecoplein: pollution prevents before fighting it.
No pollution during the filling of the tanks (rejection zero).
Simple to install because it is assembled in series on the pipe of the vent without changing the design features of origin them.
Adapt to various models of boats.
Simple to use.
No the special equipment for the distributer because operation
system is autonomous. Each boat manages its filling.
Means to control the complete filling of the tanks.
The calculation of precise consumption allows.
Safety of autonomy (full total with each filling).
Allows to keep a clean hull free from stains.
More need for dispersant and other means of depollution in the harbor
(economy for the local government agencies).

Units of transport and transfer of fuel, tanks capacities from 250 to 920 liters.
Made out of carbon steel ST 44-2 and completion in Epoxy paint, with brise-flots inside and pressure valve.
Approved according to the safety requirements ONE & ADR for transport on roads;
Units intended to transport gasoline for supply of the helicopters, planes, kart, jet ski, engines except edge, motor bike-snow, mowers, etc...
They are easy to charge on a trailer or on a utility thanks to the metal structure which wraps them and protects them.

Installed and ready to use in 30 minutes!
Gobius is the first level indicator in the world that measures from the outside. Installing Gobius to your tank is very easy. Instead of the traditional way of installation, i.e taking the tank apart and drilling holes, you simply attach the sensors to the tank on the outside.
All Gobius products measure from the outside
Very easy to install and setup
Suitable for all tank materials; stainless steel/steel, aluminum, plastic and fibre glass
Gobius can be retro-fitted to any shape or size of a tank
Analouge output for gauges from Wema, VDO, Faria, Teleflex, Phillipi…
Supports NMEA 2000
Extremely low electricity consumption, less than 40 mA (12 Volts)
Support 12 – 24 Volts
30 minutes to install
On the sensor there is a disc of tape that is provided to attach the sensor directly onto the surface of your tank. The panel may be placed in the washroom. All necessary cables and plugs needed to connect the sensors and the panel with the control unit are included.
Very easy to calibrate
No tanks look the same. There are always differences in e.g. size, construction, thickness and age. In order to compensate for these differences you have to calibrate the tank before you start to use your Gobius. However, the calibration only takes a few seconds.
The Gobius technology (patented)
Each sensor that is placed onto the tank wall consists of a shaker and an accelerator. When the shaker creates a vibration in the tank wall, the accelerator measures the size of the vibration and passes the data on to the control unit.

SENDER LEVEL WITH ALARM 4-20 MA. SIZE 10 TO 100 CM
Codice prodotto: HP--G00XX4-20
INTERNATIONAL PATENT.
Our new capacitive level sensor provides measurement accuracy, reliability and quality. It was designed to respond to the request of a sensor accurate, durable, universal and easy to use. The following features will reflect the advantages:
- The capacitive level sensor is compatible with all 4-20 mA gauges on the market. It is not compatible with STD (240/33 Ohm) and VDO type (10/280 ohms) gauges.
- It can be connected, properly powered, to the gauge replacing any other existing 4-20 mA sensor, with no special precautions needed.
- It is equipped with an exit alarm that may be audible or visible, and is programmed to 20% (for %u2018empty%u2019 alarm) or 80% (for %u2018full%u2019 alarm).
Capacitive level sensors can be used for FUEL, WATER and WASTE WATERS.
The capacitive sensor is currently produced with lengths ranging from 10cm to 100cm.
The %u2018Reed%u2019 level sensor is universal and therefore can be used for all liquids (white waters, black waters, fuel). The capacitive sensor instead exploits the properties of the liquid the level of which is to be measured and therefore has a structure created on purpose for the liquid of interest. In particular, we produce two types of capacitive level sensors, one concerning the fuel sector and one concerning the white waters and black waters%u2019 sector (for measuring the water level the sensor is then the same but has two different types of alarms %u2013 %u2018empty%u2019 for white waters or %u2018full%u2019 for black waters).
