Our pontoons can be made to practically any specification. A high degree of standardization provides a flexibility to produce pontoons for many different purposes. Floating club-houses, restaurants, swimming-pools, fuel-stations, ferry-landings, etc. just to name a few applications can be built to the customer's specification.
Arrangements at the mooring place are yet another important aspect. They must be dimensioned to suit requirements and to provide a safe berth for the boat, as well as being prepared to meet other needs and wishes that may emerge. This could mean having to install fingers for safe and easy mooring; which in turn would facilitate docking and going aboard. Or it could mean supplying electricity and water, lighting or sewage disposal.
Our pontoons can be used as much more than just Breakwaters and moorings. They can serve as Ferry berths, loading docks, swimming platforms, launching ramps, Floating Boat-houses or Restaurants, as Floating Fuel-stations with built-in tanks for diesel and petrol or as your own sheltered, private mooring. In accordance with 5-years Pildne's experience in shipbuilding and exploitation of floating fuel stations, new floating fuel station PILDNE for use in sea water was designed and built.
During floating fuel station development next aims were set and completed:

FLOATING FUEL STATIONS (FFS)
Designing, production and sales of Floating Fuel Stations is the main direction of activities for PILDNE.
Floating Fuel Stations form PILDNE are non self-propelled bunkering vessels, built under surveillance of a ship Classification Society.
Floating fuel station is an innovative and technically new approach to refuelling of small and medium sized watercraft.
PILDNE has extensive experience in fuel retailing and a team of professional shipbuilding specialists that are focusing toward constant improvement of marine fuelling technologies.
Development of technical solutions for marine fuelling is carried out by experienced specialists of shipbuilding, metal construction and other specialists.
Manufacturing of the FFS is taking place in up-to-date and well equipped metal processing and assembling facilities of PILDNE LTD.
One of our main principles is to use only the most advanced technologies for marine refuelling.
Since year 2007, PILDNE has started serial production of floating fuel stations and has created a warehouse program of preassembled units.
That allows company to be even more confident about the quality of units under construction (because, in case of serial production, the quality requirements and control are stricter than in case of a single unit production), as well as to achieve delivery time as fast as 2 weeks from the moment of ordering.

Harbour 907 floatation jacket - tested and approved according to three EN-Standards!
Regatta Harbour 907 flotation jacket is comfortable, light weighted and functional, with good ventilation.

The Marstrand is floatation jacket in a classic design. Fitted with a 55N lung, the Marstrand is available with automatic gas and mouth inflation or mouth inflation only, giving the same performance as a conventional buoyancy aid. A before purchase Baltic anti tamper safety seal is fitted to the automatic model to control the inflation system. Single Stage Gearbox
The reduction gearboxes are designed for engines between 150 kW to 8000 kW. Maximum input speed is from 3200 rpm to 1000 rpm for the largest gearboxes. The reduction ratio is from 2:1 up to 10:1. The largest reduction is done by an additional gear train. The gearboxes can be delivered with PTOs for hydraulic pumps or shaft generator.
The gearboxes are manufactured with following main components:
- Cast steel gearbox housing
- Input shaft arranged for flexible coupling
- Hydraulic operated multi-plate clutch for secure and soft engagement
- Gearwheels with hardened and ground helical teeth for silent operating
