Our Kleeco M dock systems are built solid with 2"x2"x3/16" steel angle. They are hot dip galvanized to protect it from the elements. M Docks work great as marina dock systems as well as residential floating docks and other commercial floating dock applications. Key features and options include:

Kleeco A Dock and T Dock boasts of heavy duty all steel construction. We use a heavy guage steel to build solid pontoons. The docks are then sand blasted and coated with a zinc rich primer. The lower half is then covered with a coal tar epoxy and the top half with a two part epoxy color coat. With over 40 years in the field these floating docks have shown superior strength and durability with many units seeing over 30 years of service.
Kleeco A and T Docks offer two primary applications. Main and Finger System: The main and finger system uses a T-Dock section as the main with A dock sections as the fingers. Numerous dimensions and configurations are available. Bulkhead Mount: Bulkhead mount docks consist of A Dock sections mounted to shore with a single or double hinge mounting system.

A view of the bottom and inside of an EZ Dock section reveals individual flotation chambers and an extra-heavy-duty wall thickness that creates tremendous structural integrity. The need for foam fillings and the environmental concerns related to them are completely eliminated.

FLOATING PONTOONS MARTINI MARINAS - INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR A SAFE MARINA
Martini Marinas floating pontoons, available width from 1,70 m to 2,70 m, are designed to satisfy, even in the case of severe conditions, several essential functions: boats mooring, people and goods transhipment, support to services, power and water supply.
- The lightness of the plastic floating bodies allows a moderate displacement of the pontoon and the stress to the frame is consequently reduced, thus allowing a longer duration in the time.
- Thanks to the reduced immersion, the floats do not interfere with the currents and the aquatic fauna, in the full respect of the natural environment.
- The many floats distributed on all the surface of the pontoon assure the quick dumping of the oscillations given by the wave-motion and consequently high stability.

The decking is made of precious exotic wooden staves fixed with. stainless steel bolts and screws. Buoyancy is assured by concrete floats with high density polystyrene foam core. Thanks to the special design of main profiles and to the element modular structure, mooring accessories (cleats,fingers,etc.) and modules are interconnected with the utmost flexibility. Moreover, the pontoon is provided with lateral duct covers to house the equipment. They are finished with continuous fenders made of wood or anti-age plastic materials. The head is preset for longitudinall connection of more modules through a semi-elastic "silent-block" system composed by neoprene shock absorbers and stainless steel bolts and screws.

HEAVY FLOAT-MEGA FLOAT is a continuous floating pontoon with high dead load. High comfort and great stability make it suitable to important marinas and demanding customers. The pontoon consists of a sturdy supporting framework (UPN 220 main beams) made of electrowelded hot-dip galvanised steel section bars. It is supported by a one-piece concrete float with a high density polystyrene foam core. Thick reinforced concrete walls and internal stiffening baffles give it better structural characteristics than normal mooring pontoon floats. The decking is made of precious exotic wooden staves fixed with stainless steel bolts and screws. Moreover, the pontoon is provided with lateral duct covers to house the equipment. They are finished with wooden continuous fenders. A modular holes system is peculiar to side beams and allows the connection of mooring accessories (rings, fingers, etc). The head is preset for longitudinal connection of more modules through a semi-elastic "silent-block" system formed by neoprene shock absorbers and stainless steel bolts and screws. Sturdiness is increased by cover plates placed in the junction area.

Gigafloat pontoon is characterized by a main structure made of reinforced concrete with polystyrene foam core. The decking, with width of 2,5 - 3,0 - 3,5 - 4,0 - 5,0 meters, could be realized in concrete treated with special finishing, or in precious exotic wood (other variation on request). The peculiarities of this model are: one piece concrete float, high deadload and stability, qualities that make it like a quay. The pontoon could be provided with hard wood or WPC removable duct covers, fender lateral guide, accessories and fingers. Flexible joint system "Silent block" with stainless steel cables.

FLOATING PIER OF A SPORTING CENTRE
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The steel frame consists of HEB 100 beams. The hot dip zinc-plated process is made in compliance with EN ISO 1461 standard; it protects the structure from the marine corrosion.
- Each frame is equipped with 4 eye-bolts, directly welded to it.
- The buoyancy is provided by plastic floats filled by expanded self-extinguishing (ISO DIS 1182.2 test method) closed cells polystyrene. The floats are assembled in group of 3 by means of anticorrosive aluminium alloy profile.
- The pontoons are supplied with row of fenders at each side. The fenders are injection moulded in anti-shock and UV resistant co-polymer polypropylene.
- Every module is equipped with mooring rings in hot moulded steel. The rings are hot dip zinc-plated and assembled to the frame by means of 2 M10 bolts.
- The Similteck resin staves are brown and dark brown colour , anti-slip, UV resistant, anti-mycotical, no splinters, no special maintenance required, similar to natural wood, with a series of unequal veins, created on purpose by a special moulding process
