Telescopic eXtensions (hiking sticks) will help to increase your sailing performance by enabling you to change the extension length 'at will', giving more comfort control and freedom of movement. To get the optimum performance from your boat, its balance on all points of sailing is paramount. Adjustable extensions allow the helm to move further forward or out to windward to achieve this.
