Loipart delivers cold room doors from standard models to A-60 fire-rated doors. Instead of two doors serving two different purposes, the A-60 fire-rated door for cold rooms means only one door, which makes both installation and use easier. The doors have a MED type certificate of DNV and they are available in sliding single, hinged single and hinged double doors. All our doors take into account the highest hygiene regulations (USPH) set for catering areas.

We differentiate between doors installed like wall elements and clamp frame doors that are attached in the required position to a two-part frame, which can also be installed later on. Two systems that can be ideally adapted to the completion requirements in each case. Custom designed by AP-Marine and now used internationally, this drive system for sliding fire protection doors conforms to all current safety regulations.
With its compact system, installation work is reduced to a minimum. Cylinder and control systems are integrated into one compact unit which contains all control elements and the piping work is limited to laying the main supply to the cylinder unit, the emergency air reservoir and the bolting cylinder only.
The cylinder units of the A60 and the SWT sliding doors have been specially developed for the unique requirements of both car and passenger decks. The doors can be opened by handle or by a touch-safety-rail, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times. If required, the doors can also be opened by push buttons on both sides. In addition, a solenoid valve has been integrated into the cylinder unit to allow the door to be opened permanently.

Guests are issued plastic keycards, while staff members still use conventional keys. The guest cards are pre-punched with one of over 4 billion possible combinations of holes, which match a corresponding code card in the lock. When a guest card is lost, the lock may be re-coded in seconds by inserting the new code card into a special coding unit in the lock.
