Nautica italiana presents a new fender, named BIG FENDER.
This fender, as well as all INMARE fenders, is made with a soft closed cell-material in an unique moulding. The material is known as E.V.A. (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate). No assemblies nor joints. Particularly elastic and resistant, the fender can guarantee the maximum protection to little up to big boats. Doesn’t need any maintenance and the material will not transfer colour or residues to the hull. UV resistant.
BIG FENDER can be fixed along floating dock pontoon and concrete quays.
The fender covers the angle of the pontoon, guaranteeing the best protection even to the boats which deep V-shaped bow. These boats often have the issue to rub the hull to the pontoon surface. The high elasticity of expanded polyethyleneensures a high energy absorption with low reactionforce, which is essential to eliminate the risk of damage to the vessels hull.The expanded polyethyleneis wrapped and welded around the steel zinc core, and is covered by a high thickness of elastomer polyurethane that gives an optimum abrasion and breaking resistance, which ensures a long performance even under strenous conditions. During various tests carried out, RESINEX ® FENDERS have undergone compressions of up to 80%with no damage and almost complete immediate dimensional recovery.

All dock cushions are constructed of commercial grade virgin polyethylene material with built-in UV inhibitor; and are ideal, cost effective solutions for fresh or salt water applications. Cushions come in white or black and provide durable long-lasting protection that will not scratch or mark boats.
Each cushion comes with molded-in mounting holes that make them easy to install. Cushions currently come in three shapes... flat back, u-shaped and L-shaped. The U-shaped cushions 2", 2.5" and 3.5" cavity backs (see dimensions below). All cushions are 4.5" wide.
