Thicknesses in 9, 11 and 18mm although we are able to fabricate oversize and thicker panels upon request. Our manufacturing process allows us to offer these panels at competitive levels to the builder or repairer with just in time shipping. We ensure they are made with genuine teak and that the quality of the wood is FEQ, with vertical grain on face, no mineral pockets, knots or grain variations. |

| MarineLam cabin sole flooring is available in a variety of different patterns, Teak & Holly, Teak & Black, Cherry & Holly, Cherry & Black, Mahogany & Black and Sapele & Holly. It is a High Pressure Laminate with a scratch resistant surface that is impervious to water and had excellent durability. These sheets can be rolled and shipped in tubes approximately 305mm in diameter by 1220mm long. |

Moralt Lightwood Boards are the perfect solution whenever weight plays a role in furniture design. However, these Moralt boards are not one-trick ponies: they offer excellent loading capacity strength, stability and a smooth working surface.

The core of this board consists of an end grain Balsa-core, guaranteeing a high compressive strength and at the same time a very low weight. The perfect base for contemporary products, including for example the Moralt Sandwich construction products with lamincores.

An impressive product: the board has been created to suit considerable load-bearing applications. Furthermore it is a board with an extremely smooth surface, brought about by the exclusive Moralt 5 mm lamincore vertical annual growth rings, offset against each other and glued in a dovetail construction. .
New: the cross grain Blockboard core. With this extra ingredient, an already very stable material becomes even stronger. With the 3-ply cross core, the board is not only easier to edge, but also can be processed in either direction. |

BalsaMarine panels have been tested in the Laboratories of Technique du Bois in France, and it is worth noting that the resistance to deflection, or elasticity, is comparable to Okoume plywood, and even greater in the transverse direction. In addition, despite the low density, hardness is equal to about 50% compared to plywood BalsaMarine Panels, with an end grain balsa core, have been developed to provide the user with a strong, lightweight structural panel. Our Composite Panels are 4' x 8' in size and can be produced in-house with a variety of decorative veneers: Teak, Cherry, Afromosia, Maple, Teak & Holly etc.

| Our wood panels are made with exotic and domestic species of wood veneered on marine or lightweight core options. Species range from Anegre to Zebrawood and everything in between. Our decorative veneers are hand selected and sequenced to your needs. Each fancy layon is pressed with hydraulic and heat method and a very strong Type II, PVA, adhesive. Before each pressing, the platforms are calibrated to ensure they are true and flat. |

| Soundown Vibration Damping Sheets and Tiles are a high performance, easily applied, extensional vibration dampers for reducing structural reverberant "ringing" and structureborne noise. This material is effective on a wide range of substrates, especially fiberglass, aluminum, and steel. Soundown Damping Sheets are available in 1/16", 1/8", 1/4" at 54" width, and in 1'x 1' tiles in 3/8" and 1/2". We also stock a complete line of interlayer damping materials for many applications. |

| We stock curved plywood in a variety of thicknesses, radii and lengths. Our radii range from 50mm to 305mm in half round and quarter round shapes. Thicknesses available are 12, 15, 18 and 25mm.
