The Eastman conveyor cutting system automatically feeds and spreads material onto the conveyor and its internal blower system ensures material hold-down and cutting accuracy. The Eagle's™ gantry and tool head design utilizes a precision servo-controlled belt tracking system, with a rack and pinion drive, which can cut a wide variety of materials and thicknesses, with unprecedented speed and accuracy.

Eastman's Static Cutting Table provides superior cutting performance and increased throughput for cutting composite materials. Capable of marking, cutting, drilling and punching composite materials at speeds of up to 60 inches per second (152.4cm/s); the Eastman cutting system registers accuracy of +/- .015 inches (.4mm), with higher accuracies available.
The Eastman M9000 static cutting table that we purchased is being used to cut Kevlar® fabric. This fabric is cut and sewn into targets used for the ballistic testing in the development of Military body armor. The M9000 has reduced our labor costs and increased our uptime for this development work. This is critical in meeting the needs of the U.S. Military.

The Elektron B2 combines the accuracy of the Elektron chassis with quick change bayonet mount tool holders. The Elektro B2 is the machine of choice for work such as corrugated box making where reciprocating blade cutters are required and for customers with existing Aeronaut bayonet tools.

The Accu-Router I-MS machine is perfect for small to medium-sized solid wood parts, pre-dimensioned parts, and moldings. The table size for the I-M can either be 2'x 4', 3x 5', or 4'x 4'.
The I-MS features a regular vacuum table, but can also be enhanced with a Carter Flip Pod system. The Carter Flip Pod system is a vacuum piece-part work holding system. Machined locations in the "pod" panel are fitted with pods. When flipped, they allow vacuum to enter in a precise pattern to hold the part. Eliminates costly spoilboards in most applications and reduces set up time.

The Accu-Router Series III-C five axis machine is an excellent machine for cutting automotive plastics, aerospace advanced composites, and any parts which need an additional axis to create their special applications. Accu-Router employs the use of the Swiss precision spindle, IBAG. IBAG has a service facility in the U.S. for customer service.
The spindle is made expressly for 5 axis applications and features a tight included angle nose for easy manipulation of 3D parts. The unit is rated at 8HP continuous duty, programmable variable speed to 24,000 rpm, and comes standard in a power draw bar configuration using an ISO-30 precision tool holder. The IBAG premium spindle is available either as an automatic tool changer or as a manual quick-change system with push button release. The CNC control used on the five axis machine is the G.E. Fanuc 16i-MA model with Fanuc AC digital servo drive motors. Enclosures on the control are dust tight with gasketed doors. All connecting wires have 4 digit wire numbers relating to the schematic. Machines are custom designed to a customer's tolerance and applications.

The Accu-Router Series III-C is the ideal CNC router for high production panel processing. Accu-Router customers cut various materials such as: plywood, MDF, OSB, aluminum, composites, and plastics. The Series III-C is very popular for routing upholstered furniture frames, boat parts, airplane and helicopter parts-anything requiring panel processing.
The Fanuc control on the Series III-C includes options for rapid cornering, and faster cutting speeds. Additional memory may also be incorporated in the control.
