AC-DC Voltage Converters
These power supplies, commonly referred to as 'brick in the lead' units, offer a convenient way to use 12Vdc, 24Vdc or 48Vdc equipment from alternating current supplies of between 85 to 135Vac and 170 to 265Vac. Input voltage selection is automatic and requires no manual adjustment.
The continuous power rating spans 36 to 240 watts in five models. The
nominal voltage output is factory set at 12Vdc, 24Vdc or 48Vdc.
These cool running products use switch mode technology and are assembled using surface mount technology.
The PowerMasters are continuously rated. The power output is limited at the continuous rating so that they can be used in parallel when extra power is required. The units meet the European Low Voltage Directive and the EMC Directive.

The voltage required for direct current (DC) can vary considerably onboard a yacht. A bow thruster or a winch installation often works at 24V. But navigation and communication equipment mostly requires 12V.

Before the voltage of an electrical supply network goes to the minimum of the equipment’s voltage input, the safeguard NAVYGUARD® NAVYLEC® provides to the equipment terminals a minimal voltage which avoids its “shutdown”, its “freeze” or its “reset”.
The NAVYGUARD® NAVYLEC® is particularly intended to maintain supplied voltage of the equipments connected on an electric circuit 12V if a starter of thermal engine, a compressor or any other electric consumer implementing could use a strong electrical current. These equipments are able to make a voltage drop on the electrical circuit.
• The power supply NAVYGUARD® allows using a voltage of 10,5Vdc on the terminal of the equipment even if the battery voltage falls down to 7Vdc.
