These compressors operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filters and control valves, these compressors can be fitted with other accessories without a problem. The blast-air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blast air temperature. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat emission. Optional corrosion protection also makes these compressors suitable for extracting moist air. |

The VADS 1500 is a direct drive, air-cooled, rotary screw unit housed in a sound enclosure. Because it is directly driven, there are no gear boxes needed to control the rotational speed. Due to the variable frequency controller, the pump operates over a wide range of speeds. This allows you to operate today at the lower frequency, and at a higher frequency tomorrow when your plant gets expanded, or you add equipment. If your load varies, so does the speed of the pump to maintain the proper flow or pressure.

GD30FDC compressor, made by ACC (EX-ELECTROLUX), can be powered at any voltage within the 12 to 42 Volt range, and it is designed to operate silently, efficiently and reliably even up to angles of tilt of 30°.
It is supplied with an electronic driver with a reliable digital technology.
With the Smart Speed function it becomes a smart system.
The compressor's speed, in fact, is regulated automatically by the smart device, that changes according to the cooling capacity needed at the moment.
It is perfectly interchangeable with the most common models. |
