A T-top center console boat has an open deck plan with a steering console on the centerline. A T-top can be installed over the console for protection against sun and rain.
Such multipurpose craft can be used for fishing, pleasure outings, relaxing just off the beach, scuba diving, water skiing and a host of other water sports.
These medium-sized craft are often made of laminated materials. Some rigid inflatables also have T-tops. The pontoons are made of Hypalon® or PVC/neoprene, and the hull of laminated fiberglass. The motor can be inboard or outboard. Certain models are specially equipped for diving, passenger transport, surveillance, rescue operations or other activities.
Since the T-top is usually optional, you will find such boats on NauticExpo without this feature as standard equipment. A boat length scale with sliding cursor at the upper right of the NauticExpo page will allow you to narrow your search.
