T-top boats are power craft with a small, rigid roof that protects passengers from sun and rain.
Such vessels are generally small and suited for a variety of activities including fishing, sunbathing, short outings at sea and water sports. Those with cabins can be used for coastal cruising.
Most T-tops are center console craft with the helm sheltered by a rigid structure or a canvas roof stretched over a frame. They are generally made of laminated fiberglass, though rigid inflatable models are also available. The engines can be inboard or outboard.
