The Lorenz SD Radar system can be interfaced with cartographic plotters of the World Map 11 and Starlight Dual series.

The great innovation is brought by the CHART OVERLAY system that allows to place the cartographic image over the image actually read by the Radar, as seen from the bow of the vessel.

With the Transas T-55 AIS you can display any AIS equipped vessel within VHF range on any type of AIS adapted display system. Information transmitted from vessels fitted with AIS Transponders includes name, call sign, position, heading, speed, destination, type and size of vessel. The Transas T-55 AIS is compatible with any chart/ECS and radar system capable of accepting standard NMEA 0183 AIS sentences. The installation is quick and simple, requiring only the connection to a VHF antenna, GPS antenna and computer (PC). No setup is required - just install a suitable VHF antenna, 9-28v power (only 1watt at 12v) and connect to your PC or plotter using the USB and NMEA0183 outputs. And if you are running out of NMEA ports, the 2RxPRO can also take in a NMEA feed at 4800 baud from another instrument, and multiplex the data in with the AIS data going off to your plotter - so you don't even need another NMEA port to install it!

The paperless receivers are dedicated, compact and
economical dual channel NDBP receivers using FEC techniques
for reception of navigational warnings, gale warnings, ice reports,
search and rescue information, and weather forecasts within
200 to 400 miles offshore. It monitors simultaneously 518 kHz
and a selectable secondary frequency either the national
490 kHz or the 4209.5 kHz for long range services.
NAVTEX messages are displayed on an eight inch colour TFT
screen. Background and foreground colours as well as font
type are user-selectable to offer a message presentation which
suits the very best clarity under all light conditions.
The simple to use receivers offer coloured headings to clearly
identify new received messages. Stored messages can be
sorted and displayed as well as printed by station ID and

NAVIGATION IN NARROW PASSAGES
The harbour and the channels navigation, are some of the most delicate phase for the skippers. The radio remote control IMET will allow you to manoeuvre the boat by yourself, from the most suitable position. A traditional stationary control console does not give the same degree of accuracy and efficiency.
MOORING
IMET radio remote control allows you to moor by yourself in absolute safety conditions, from any place of the boat, controlling the Right and Left engines, the bow and stern propeller. Choosing the most suitable point of view, you will approach comfortably the harbour’s wharf.
TO BITT THE ROPES
Keeping the complete control of your boat at your fingers, you can approach the wharf and recover the ropes with extreme simplicity,
adjusting the trajectory from you transmitter with small engine corrections. This high control capacity will also reduce the possibility of small collisions.
ANCHORAGE
Standing at the bow, you will be able to raise or drop the anchor, keeping an eye at the safe anchorage and at the presence of other anchors.

SAFETY KEY
This extractable “contact less” key allows the use of the radio remote to
authorised personnel only. The key extraction stops any operation.

The Control Box is an electric unit made up of two remote control switches enclosed inside a special container which protects it from marine corrosion. The entire unit has been designed with a view to simplifying and speeding up the various electrical connections.
For this purpose there is no need to open and/or pierce the container, as all the terminals and the panel for the electrical connections are perfectly accessible from the outside.

Wireless remote control:
With a radio control installed you will have full control of windlass operation where ever you are on board. The control consists of a transmitter and a receiver. With the AutomaticDownTM function the windlass will run automatically for 25 seconds before stopping. To enable the AutomaticDownTM just press the DOWN button on the receiver. To stop the AutomaticDownTM at any time, press DOWN once on the receiver.
