The luxurious lifestyle of living on waterfront property should include a state-of-the-art, push button mechanical lift that takes your boat completely out of the water with no worries.
Do not be misled. Many lift companies rate the speed of cable movement. This is 2 to 3 times faster than the cradle movement. The figures above are the speed the boat will raise.

The I.M.M. 4500# Elevator is one our most popular products. All I.M.M.
4500# Elevatorscome standard with: a fully enclosed Plate Drive and grooved cable winders. I.M.M. 4500# Elevators are the only elevator lifts which offer an easily replaceable lower track section (pile mounted vert. track only). This can be accomplished without removing the lift. I.M.M. 4500# elevators can be ordered with a piling or seawall mounting system. I.M.M. 4500# Elevators are equipped with"Perma-Bunk" 2000 aluminum bunks as standard equipment.
The smaller vertical lifts are truly the backbone of the industry. At I.M.M. we make every effort to build the highest quality possible, that will insure you of many years of excellent trouble free service. I.M.M builds the lifts with no structural welds. This is the proper way to design and build an aluminum lift (see page 16 ). The photos on this page represent a small fraction of the thousands of I.M.M. Vertical Lifts that are out there. The first I.M.M. aluminum lift we built nearly 25 years ago is still in service.
The larger series of I.M.M. lifts begin at 24,000# and increase in size to 120,000#. As with all I.M.M. products these are the industry standard.
All of these lifts are equipped with Direct drive "Platinum Gear Drives"' radio remote control switches, and automatic stops. All lifts 40,000# and above utilize the I.M.M. Multiple cable system This arrangement insures both cables at each beam are equally loaded. The grooved cable winders are also configured so the cradle does not travel fore and aft as the lift winds. This allows for shorter, stronger top beams.
