Con-o-lift yard trailers are specifically designed for the commercial marina operator or boat storage facility requiring the ultimate in boat handling efficiency. Our yard trailers are extremely versatile, hard-working machines that can safely handle a wide range of vessel types and sizes with minimal adjustment.
These off-road trailers feature rugged steel side frames and hydraulic components, including our exclusive extended frame lift concept. This frame lift design is similar to a large forklift, with the side frames serving as the "forks" on the lift truck, while the actual contact with the hull is accomplished with large carpet-covered pads. Yard trailers are supplied standard with a pintle hitch attachment, and come complete with heavy duty industrial pneumatic tires for longevity and performance.
Con-o-lift's clean, open-frame design and hydraulic expanding-width frame allow vessels to be carried and set lower to the ground. All yard trailers are supplied standard with all fixtures and attachments necessary to handle powerboats and sailboats on cradles. For handling sailboats without cradles, our adjustable hydraulic sail arm package can be added to any yard trailer model.
Yard trailers are sandblasted after welding, and polyurethane-painted with your choice of colour. Optional hot dip galvanizing is also available on all models.

These highway trailers are constructed with a clean, open-frame design , which allows boats to be carried (and set) lower to the ground than any other trailer design. Our hydraulic expanding-width frame system (standard on all trailer models YH-5XD and larger) allows even greater flexibility.
With our trailer, the hull is supported on large adjustable pads set into the side-frames of the trailer, allowing power boats to be carried without the use of awkward slug beams or cross bars to support the keel. These rugged steel side frames are equipped with Con-o-lift's exclusive extended frame lift system for independent hydraulic height adjustment. Con-o-lift's rugged OTR trailers deliver superior performance for the discerning long-distance carrier. These premium quality trailers are specifically designed to meet the demands of the commercial, over-the-road boat-hauler, providing superior quality, performance, and corrosion resistance.
All OTR trailers are supplied with complete hot-dip galvanizing protection for maximum service life. A complete stainless steel hardware package is provided, including pivot pins, fasteners, and hydraulic shafts and fittings.
These trailers feature 22,500 lb Dexter axles, complete with Firestone air-ride suspension, and 235/75R17.5 radial tires mounted on hot dip galvanized rims. The rugged steel frame is engineered to bear the vessel weight on 6" x 6" hardwood keel beams, while electronic overrides in the air suspension system provide a frame lift range of 13" - 21" over the crossbeams.
The hull is stabilized with six fully adjustable hydraulic arms. The arms also extend (manual extension) to accommodate deep-keel sailing vessels. In addition, these trailers are designed with rotating rear arms to provide greater flexibility.
Con-o-lift OTR trailers are also equipped with hydraulic front landing gear, designed to facilitate independent operation on the launch ramp (by means of a truck-mounted winch). The trailer includes a self-contained power unit and air-supply to allow the hydraulic functions and air brakes to operate without attachment to the tow vehicle.

Our rugged storage stands feature a welded steel base, combined with a threaded
screw top assembly. A treated plywood pad surface is secured to the screw by
means of a removable bolt with nylon friction washers, enabling the top to
maintain a preset position for more convenient set-up.
Con-o-lift stands are stackable, and have been designed for convenient handling.
While all models feature rugged steel construction, they remain relatively light and
easy to handle.

In its 6th year, the Lift remains a benchmark for all-around performance C kites. The focus on the 07 Lifts has been to increase the smoothness of the power delivery and to deliver consistent performance through all sizes.
Further refinements in construction have increased seam, trailing edge, and wingtip reinforcement as well as improving panel orientation to remove any span-wise seams from the front 60% of the canopy. This ensures improved foil shape under load and better long term performance.
