The S1 Wheel Pilot is the successor to the popular ST4000 Plus Wheel drive system. The new S1 system uses the versatile ST6002 control head combined with the S1 SmartPilot course computer for maximum performance. Permanently installed and fully enclosed, this is a drive system that delivers the convenience and performance of an inboard autopilot. Gone are the obstructive and untidy belts and wires of conventional wheel autopilots.
The S1 Wheel pilot system is a patented solution that gives you a wheel drive that you can engage or disengage at the kick of a lever. A rear-mounted plug enables the drive unit to be detached for service or security reasons, without disturbing the wiring harness.

The ST4000T Plus is the perfect pilot for larger tiller steered yachts. The fluxgate compass is separated from the drive unit for greater accuracy, and the control unit can be mounted where it is always easy to reach.
Full SeaTalk and NMEA compatibility mean you can steer straight to a waypoint, lock on to a given wind angle, or simply set and follow a course to steer.

The rugged CPT is a cost effective crew member that steers your vessel so that you can take your hands off the wheel, whether motoring or sailing. This cockpit wheel pilot is easy to install and operate.
Strong and Dependable
The CPT is constructed ruggedly for a long life in the marine environment. It uses a gimballed optical compass, capable of operating at up to 45 degrees of tilt with no loss in accuracy. The CPT sensor responds quickly and works reliably in the cockpit.
The strength of the CPT comes from the size of its motor and gearing. The robust motor of the CPT produces high torque and rpm at the wheel, allowing it to respond fast with torque to spare. Because of the speed of its motor, the CPT can handle large boats with hydraulic steering, which can have many turns lock to lock.

Ergonomics meets economics. The new Series 8 Integral Backstay Adjuster incorporates several key design improvements. The pressure gauge is positioned prominently, enabling fast, accurate reading of tension values. A longer pump handle produces faster pumping motion and more tension per stroke, which delivers greater performance out of modern masts. The feed tube is seated into the contour of the cylinder, resulting in a more secure design and integrated look. And its cost has remained highly competitive. In testing, the Navtec Series 8 Integral enabled sailors to increase rigging tension quickly, precisely, and easily. With each stroke of the handle, rake increased along with forestay tension, resulting in improved roller furling gear performance, sail shape, windward performance, and speed. Use of the specifically designed Integral toggle is strongly recommended.

Varifold folding propellers have taken the market by storm. Regularly fitted by such notable yacht building names as Baltic, Swan, Wally, Moody and Oyster, the complete range of Varifolds has a model for cruiser racing and racing yachts of every size. Varifold is revolutionary in design and brings a revolution to the yachts they are fitted to. Radical reductions in noise and vibration and excellent performance under engine, both ahead and astern, are the result of the propellers unique design. Varifolds have proper helical pitch distribution, including pitch reduction towards the blade tip. This pitch reduction %u2018unloads%u2019 the blade tips and, combined with the skewed blades, greatly reduces noisy pressure pulses against a yachts hull. While some other folding propellers have a helical pitch shape, few have proper sections or pitch distribution. None, put all these requirements into a complete package, except Varifold.
So advanced is Varifolds design that a 4 blade version has successfully been fitted to a yacht with a 750hp engine, we believe that would have been an impossible task for any other folding propeller. Each Varifold, whatever its size, is built to the same extremely high specification from a nickel-aluminium-bronze alloy which guarantees great strength and high corrosion protection. Cruiser racing and racing yachts can now get the best of both worlds; a folding propeller that combines low drag when sailing, with efficient and quiet power when motoring.
