KARVER K-BLOCKS EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES:
- SAFETY: lashing through the block center significantly increases safety in event the block fails. The line running through the block remains captive by the lashing, not allowing it to completely break free.
- LIGHT WEIGHT: These exceptionally light blocks, combined with the lashing method of attachment, allow to reduce weight up to 50% as compared to conventional block with similar working load.
- ATTACHMENT: lashing through the center of the block offers unlimited applications and mounting possibilities (double lashing, becket...), the block can be tied up easily.
- REDUCED NOISE: lashing block greatly reduces noise created by mechanical attachments such as shackles and pins.
KARVER K-Blocks are available for safe working loads going from 0.2 to 4.5 T.

The Wichard multi-position head adapter enables shackles to be positioned in line or turned 90°. Remove it, and the shackles swivel freely (35 to 70 series).

Titanium is not allowed in all classes, that is why KARVER offers its KBTi without titanium. The KBs are exactly the same as the KBTi, with stainless steel instead of titanium.
The cheeks are in carbon fibers, the bearings in ceramic or in high strengh alloy and the other parts are in "HR" stainless steel.

With our unique super low friction ball race system featuring Acetal sheaves with Derlin ball bearing running on a large diameter centre boss. This allows us to fit more load bearing balls which ensure extremely low frivtion performance even under high loads.

Three sizes for lines up to 10mm dia
This robust range of stainless steel blocks have a multitude of uses on all types of sailing boats.
Highly polished side plates with flared cheeks prevent the possibility of chafing the line whilst giving added strength.
A range of jamming blocks is also available and these give the ability to make up strong powerful compact and lightweight tackles.
These are ideal for use on dinghies and dayboats for kicking straps or wherever a compact and powerful rope tackle is required.
