DMA Sorp-Line system for fine filtration of oily water and upgrade of existing separator performance is mainly used for bilge water polishing onboard ships and oil rigs applied between the already existing oily water separator and the oil discharge monitor. However the DMA Sorp-Line filters can be applied to almost any off shore or industrial operation where oil polluted water is the problem. The system is type approved by Lloyd Register and approved by Danish Maritime Authorities

CJC%u2122 Blue Baleen OilAbsorb 38/100 Multistay is a bilge water polishing system with 8 inserts fitted in two parallel 38/100 housings. On request, the Multistay system is available with more than two housings, custom-made for the application.
The specially developed and patent pending CJC%u2122 Blue Baleen OilAbsorb Inserts (OAI) are unique and makes the system act as a polishing filter, absorbing oil to values below 5 ppm. This guarantees that legal requirements are always met, operational costs are reduced and environmental standards are kept high.
From the bilge water tank, water flows to an oily bilge water separator (15 ppm), before entering the CJC%u2122 OilAbsorb System.
The filter is used for polishing of bilge water or industrial process and wastewater, and is available with or without centrifugal pump and drip pan.
The typical installation onboard ships is between separator and monitor.

Multimedia filtration systems
As well for prefiltration treatment in reverse osmosis as for Dther specific water treatment purposes, we can offer you a wide range of products, including sand filters, carbon filters, rehardener filters and iron removal filters.
All our systems can be supplied optionally with automatic control, by means of a programmer, or with manual control.
Our filters bottles are made in different materials, which can stand the hydraulic pressures to which they are subject continuously during their lifespan:
- Polyester resins reinforced with fiber glass
- Polyamide (100% readable)
- Metallic
