Cuprotect® is a unique fouling control system, not paint, using the metallurgical, non corroding properties of copper and copper alloys to provide unmatched bio-fouling protection, even under the most stringent conditions.
Cuprotect® comprises, in essence, an epoxy resin primer layer to provide a tough, stable base with a strong bond to the hull substrate. This is followed by the binder coat incorporating specially selected thixotropic agents to ensure optimum bonding between the primer and the final, sprayed-on outer layer of granular copper nickel alloy.
In addition, because Cuprotect® provides an impermeable layer between water and the hull it helps protect against rust, corrosion and osmosis. Because of the shape of the copper particles, Cuprotect® is non-conductive and therefore eliminates any concern about galvanic activity.
Cuprotect® is suitable for application to every type of hull in GRP, steel, ferro cement. Many wooden hulls are also suitable,

Coppercoat is the combination of a specially developed solvent-free epoxy resin and high purity (99%) copper. Each litre of resin is impregnated with 2 kilos of ultra fine spherical copper powder, the maximum allowed by law, making Coppercoat the strongest copper based anti-fouling available. Indeed no other anti-fouling exposes as much active copper to unwanted marine life as Coppercoat.

Boatsonic is a unique, small, but extremely effective method for the removal and prevention of algal growth on boat hulls. Installation is very simple. All you need to do is fix the Boatsonic on the inside of the boat below the waterline, and algae and other biofouling organisms will be removed ultrasonically. The biggest advantage of the Boatsonic is that annual antifouling becomes unnecessary. The system benefits the environment by eliminating the need for antifouling paints, forever!

Hard antifoulings have a resin system with a high proportion of insoluble resin making them hard, stopping the coating erode. The resin is packed with active ingredients, each particle being in direct contact with its neighbour, as a particle is dissolved by the water the particle immediately behind it is exposed. Because of their hard nature and durability, they are ideal for high speed power boats, vessels which are mud berthed and racing yachts where a smooth finish can be achieved by burnishing the antifouling with wet abrasive paper before the boat is launched.
