Havyard 844 is an AHTS specially developed for supporting floating offshore installations operating in deep water and harsh environment. The vessels will be equipped with 500 tonnes AHT winches and have a bollard pull exceeding 200 tonnes. They will also have ice class for operating in Arctic waters and “Clean Design”, taking care of the environment, e.g. double skin between oil tanks and the sea. The size of the vessels provides for good deck cargo and tank capacities making the vessel very well suited for general supply services.
