This lightweight, compact and robust flashing lifejacket light meets the latest stringent requirements. The L6 is a one piece, manually activated light supplied with a mounting clip. Intense incandescent light visible for up to 2 miles in clear conditions with an operating life exceeding 8 hours. The light is a single compact flashing unit. It is manually activated by rotation of the light glass. Easily fitted with two different backing plates, one to go over a thin strap and one to go over a 5cm belt, the sleeves on the bottom of the lights allow straps to go through for retro-fitting on jackets not prepared for light attachment. Lights can also be supplied with a pull ring arrangement for survival suits.
